Sylvain Mosnier Petit Chablis 2022
90 Points - Gilbert et Gaillard. The stunning 2022 vintage benefited all the wines of Chablis, but more so to the vinyards of Sylvain Mosnier who took full advantage of the opportunity to produce this crisp Petit Chablis which is drinking beautifully now. Balanced aromas of citrus and wet stones are followed by a fruity, tangy palate, with a subtle tang of salinity and apple skin freshness towards the finish. Perfect on its own or to enjoy with white fish or meats.
Albert Bichot Saint-Veran 2019
90 Points - Wine Spectator. The vineyards for this excellent Saint-Véran are located in southern Burgundy’s Mâconnais region, and stretch out around the appellation of Pouilly-Fuissé. The southern part is located just next to Beaujolais, on the slopes of the famous Roche de Solutré and are ideally suited to the production of Chardonnay, which the appellation of Saint-Véran only produces. The nose reveals hints of smoke, followed by scents of fern and acacia, moving on to aromas of ripe fruit with a hint of aniseed. The palate features pleasing roundness with citrus flavours, notes of vanilla and hazelnut, all of which are enhanced by beautiful minerality. Well balanced, structured and generous, this wine has a refreshing finish.

92 Points - New Zealand Wine Rater. A delicate and fragrant Sauvignon Blanc from a producer who carefully select fruit from Marlborough's top organic single vineyards to produce wines of great elegance and complexity. Aromas of lime skin, green apple, cut grass, gunflint, lemongrass and garden herbs. Taut, fresh, lively palate with herbal, spicy capsicum flavours with good intensity and a rapier-like thrust of saline acidity at the finish.

90 Points - Tim Atkin MW. The Casa La Rad wines are made from their most valuable vineyard, the La Rad vineyard, with vines older than 35 years of age. The grapes are handpicked and carefully selected before spending 14 months in new French oak barrels and aged on its lees. This wine has an appealing mid-body that shows fresh and vibrant aromas of white peach, citrus, white flowers with mineral notes. Elegant and well balanced with a creamy texture.

Dornier Moordernaarskloof Chenin Blanc 2021
91 Points - Greg Sherwood MW. From a small plot planted in 1986 at 230 meters above sea level, the different soil types contribute to the complexity and many facets of this wine. The Moordernaarskloof (Murderers Gorge) Chenin Blanc has delicate scents of wild flowers and fruit, especially Cape Honeysuckle, white peaches, and pineapples, with an underlying minerality. The palate fully matches the nose with a creamy sensation and a texture that combines elegance and intensity, along with concentrated fruit flavours.

92 Points - The Wine Front / Halliday 5 Red Star Winery. A limited release Fiano from Briar Ridge winery, this wine is made in the traditional style displaying aromatic notes of honeysuckle and orange blossom. The intensely flavoured palate shows ginger spice, Nashi pear and subtle nutty characters combined with a rich and textured mid palate. The traditional style adding the acid line providing length and a crisp, persistent finish.

The TastingBOX is delivered free of charge by UK Royal Mail Tracked 48hr to UK addresses only.
As indicated in our Quality Promise we will happily refund or exchange any faulty bottles. All we ask is the bottles in question are returned to us at least half full for verification purposes. If a bottle is broken on delivery we will also replace or refund it but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. Equally we can arrange for the bottles to be collected the next time you receive a delivery from us.
Should we be unable to fulfil any part, or all of an order, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.
In all instances, Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) must be informed of any claim within 24 hours of receipt of delivery by email or telephone. All refunds will be issued after we have received and approved the faulty items and the amount will be re-credited to your account within 30 days. The amount refunded will be equal to the full amount paid for the relevant products at the time of purchase and must be made by the same payment method as the original sale.
If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) you may do so within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged, and Perfect Cellar (Beyond the Bottle Ltd) will not be liable for any costs associated with the original or return delivery.
No refund can be given when a case has left bond as the value will be affected. Individual bottles of Fine Wine will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
